Refund Policy

Merchandise

All merchandise is refundable for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. For special order items, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Services

Hawk Computer Services offers a full refund for any prepaid work that has not yet been completed. Completed labor will not be eligible for a refund unless the 30 day warranty has not yet expired and we are not able to complete the repair to your satisfaction.

Digital Goods

Since Hawk Computer Services is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is complete and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

However, we realize that issues may arise when purchasing digital (non-tangible) products. Therefore, we do honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted via email within 5 business days of the order being placed. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded.
  • Major defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Support should be notified immediately at http://www.hawkcomputer.com/contact. To assist you in correcting issues, temporary access to your server may be requested. Refusal to provide access to your sever will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.
