How does it work?

  1. Contact us via telephone, email or instant chat.
  2. You will be given a PIN code that can be entered in the space provided on the right side of any page of this site.
  3. After entering your PIN code, you will be prompted to download and run a small program that will allow us to securely connect to your computer.
  4. Sit back, relax and your computer will be diagnosed and repaired promptly.

How much does it cost?

Remote assistance is $55 per hour. There is a half hour minimum charge and additional time is billed in 15 minute increments. Most issues can be repaired in one hour or less. If we can’t fix it, you owe nothing.

Q: Is the remote support session secure?
A: Absolutely. To ensure the security of your data, all communication during the support session is encrypted using 128-bit RC4 / SSL.

Q: Is this safe?
A: Yes. The PIN code assigned guarantees you know who is connecting to your computer. You, the customer, ALWAYS initiates the connection. As soon as repairs are completed and the session is ended the remote support application automatically removes itself from your computer. Before we would be able to connect again you would need a new PIN code and initiate the connection.

Q: Can I see what is being done or do you hide the screen while repairs are made?
A: You can always see what is being done to your computer as we do it. Unlike some other remote repair services, we make no effort to prevent you from watching repairs being made. You have the ability to end the session at any time if you do not feel comfortable with what is being done.

Q: What issues can be fixed remotely?
